Inner nozzles
The inner nozzle for ladle gate must have an high wear resistance because through this handwork goes all the molten metal cast in ladle. In addition to standard wearing resistance it’s also necessary a strong resistance to the action of the oxygen lance for hole cleaning at the end of casting.
An extreme dimensional precision is required because a proper coupling with the refractory plate have to be granted.
